Property Due Diligence - what to look for
There are many things to look for when you are touring homes to determine the condition of the property to your likings. Eventually, a professional inspection will give you an unbiased professional opinions regarding the condition and uncover any potential hidden costs. However, before going that far, there are always things we should be looking at to determine whether to make an offer or not. Here is an example video of how i am touring homes and what i am seeing. Market Due Diligence - What to offer
Before making an offer, you need to know what the current market condition is. Is it a buyer's market or a seller's market? What is the expectation and how the game is played? Market is changing all the time, therefore, there are market indicators you need to look for in order to have the right expectation, this is an example video I made to show you what it looks like.
