Property Due Diligence - what to look for

There are many things to look for when you are touring homes to determine the condition of the property to your likings. Eventually, a professional inspection will give you an unbiased professional opinions regarding the condition and uncover any potential hidden costs. Before making an offer, you need to know what the current market condition is. Is it a buyer's market or a seller's market? What is the expectation and how the game is played?
